This dress is made with many yards of tulle. Dress is made with Pink and white tulle and has white satin ribbon ties. Adorned with pink hydragneas and white flowers. Will fit as small as a size 2 and will grow with your little princess. Once it is outgrown as a dress, it can be worn as a skirt.
