What are the Shipping details? TOP
It is extremely important to us that you receive your order in a timely manner. Your purchase will be shipped USPS priority mail with confirmation/tracking.
We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items. You may add insurance for an additional fee. Do you offer refunds/exchanges? TOP
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will allow for exchanges only. Due to the nature of our work being handmade to order, we do not allow refunds. We allow 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to contact us for an exchange. After the 7 days we will not honor the exchange. The only thing we ask is that you pay for shipping the item back to us. When will my order be shipped? TOP
The majority of our items are made the order. Therefore, orders will be shipped within 10 business days of order being placed. If item is in stock, it will ship within 5 days. Please contact us if you need your item shipped sooner. Do you have a physical storefront? TOP
